The Craic (pronounced crack) were performing during our visit to the event and they were not only amazing musicians but very energetic and involved with the crowd.  Even worth standing in the direct path of the afternoon sun to watch, since the shaded spots were already filled with happy spectators. We heard this band from where we parked and the beat of the drums flooded the area almost welcoming us in as we walked up to the event.  It was a fun show.

Check them out at www.thecraicshow.com if you can’t get to the festival this weekend.

2This is a family friendly event with an abundance of free parking and a trolley if closer lots are full.  There are many food vendors, play areas, and beautiful pieces of wearable and displayable art for sale.  Enjoy a casual stroll through the stands and meet some of the amazingly costumed participants along the way.
